Bulk Bag Performance & Certification

All of our bags are certified to perform. We take great lengths to assure that each specification is safe and functional. If you need a certificate of testing, UN Certification, or DOT compliance, we can supply you with what you need.

Safe Working Load Performance Testing

Each bag is designed with a Safety Ratio of 5:1 for single use bags. Multi-Trip bags can be designed with 6:1 Safety Ratio.

UN Certification Testing

Our bags are designed for performance.  Conducted on FIBC's in accordance with Chapter 6.5 of the United Nations recommendations on the transport of Dangerous Goods, Revision Eleven (ST/SG/AC.10/1/REV.11) and US DOT 49 CRR 178.700.

ISO 9001: 2000

Our bags are made in an ISO 9001: 2000 vertically integrated manufacturing facility.

AIB & HACCP

HACCP is at the forefront of our Food Grade production. Our Food Grade bags are manufactured in a Superior Food-Contact Packaging Facility, certified by AIB, and BRC/IoP.
